How to Reach Us
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
You can also use the support form inside the Vidor app. Navigate to the help or support section, describe your issue or question in detail, and submit your request.
What to Include
When submitting a support request, providing detail helps us resolve your issue faster. Consider including:
- A clear description of what's happening or what you need help with
- The date and time the issue occurred (if applicable)
- Any relevant usernames, booking IDs, or transaction details
- Screenshots if they help illustrate the problem
The more context you provide, the better we can assist you.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on volume and the complexity of your issue. If your request is urgent — particularly for safety-related issues — indicate the urgency in your message so we can prioritize accordingly.
Urgent Safety Issues
If you're experiencing a safety issue during or after a session, let us know immediately.
When reporting an urgent safety issue:
- Block the fan if you haven't already.
- Submit a report through the platform with details of what happened.
- Email support@vidormodels.com and indicate that this is an urgent safety matter.
We take safety reports seriously and will review them promptly.

We're constantly evolving Vidor based on creator input. If you have an idea for how we can improve the platform, we want to hear it.
Sharing Your Ideas
Submit feedback and feature requests through the same support channel. Let us know:
- What you'd like to see added or changed
- Why it would be helpful for you or other creators
- Any details about how you'd envision it working
There's no guarantee every suggestion will be implemented, but we read all feedback and use it to inform our roadmap.
Reporting Bugs
If you encounter something that isn't working correctly, please report it. Include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The device and browser you were using
- Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
